Healthy Millet Pancakes
A fluffy and nutritious pancake made using ancient grains.
Ingredients
- 1 cup millet flour
- 1 egg (or vegan substitute)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg and vanilla essence. Stir until smooth.
- Preheat a pan on low flame and pour batter.
- Cook until bubbles form. Flip and cook until golden.
- Serve warm with fruits or honey.
